Carry Your Notebook Computer Around With Ease Using the LapStrap
I’m ready for spring and all it affords, especially connecting online while outside so when I ran across the LapStrap I was sold. It’s a pretty simple contraption for someone as tech savvy as me…but being so simple is what makes it appealing. It’s basically a strap with some padding, a nice neoprene shoulder pad so it doesn’t slip and, well, that’s it. Once you have it adjusted to the length you want, simply put the strap across your open notebook computer then close the lid. Now, your computer is ready for easy transport.
Granted it doesn’t offer any protection from being bumped around and jostled during transport but for me if it’s a quick trip to the local coffee shop and all I want is my computer with me then it makes an ideal travel companion. It also is a nice contraption to have when traveling through airport security so that you don’t have to try and pull your computer out while the line of people crashes on top of you to get through the scanners. For me, this summer it will make it easy to bring my laptop down to the pool without it getting mixed in with my sunscreen lotions or the need to have a separate bag.
