Say Goodbye to Plastic Bags: Use Envirosax
Today is Blog Action Day and bloggers are asked to choose an issue that pertains to the environment. I am choosing to share about Envirosax which are great reusable shopping bags and have cut down on my use of plastic bags while grocery and even clothes shopping. So, I guess my issue is replacing plastic bags with reusable bags.
I ordered a pouch of Envirosax (5 bags in all) through Delight (a great site that showcases one product per day) a few months ago and have been using them religiously for my shopping. Each sack holds at least two plastic bags of groceries, are sturdy as can be and are waterproof. The pouch fits into my purse and goes with me whenever I go shopping. Shoe boxes, clothing and other consumer items fit into the bags easily and I have cut down on the number of plastic bags that I use to collect.

I went with the Graphic Series which is $35 for a pouch of 5 bags and $5 US postage. Today I plan on buying a couple of sets for Christmas presents. While I am not donating to an environmental charity I am purchasing the pouches to help others be more environmentally friendly. How about you?
