Tired of static electricity — Try Dryer Sheets!
Okay, so this is a little off topic for my blog but it is something I thought every Infomaniac living in a dry, static-inviting environment would like to know… dryer sheets like Bounce or All Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets can control static-electric shocks when patting your loving pet and tame fly-away hair (like mine has been of late).
Tame fly-away hair. I’ve been letting my hair grow longer but this winter the fly-away hair has been horrible. Nothing was taming my hair. I tried leave-in conditioner and a hot oil treatment to no avail. I found myself constantly wetting my hands and running them over my hair which worked for short periods of time. Well, today it dawned on me that if the dryer sheet worked on my cat’s fur, maybe it would work on my unruly hair. And, guess what, it did! For all of today I have not had a fly-away hair sticking out from my head. Free at last, free at last…
