Visualize and Collaborate on Your Ideas with Thinkature

Do you brainstorm with others? Do you jot notes and diagrams on pieces of paper or on a whiteboard or chalkboard?  Would you like a way to be able to brainstorm on ideas with others in realtime? Then checkout Thinkature, a free application that allows you to set up a workspace, or white board, where you can record and collaborate on your ideas.  Since your workspace is hosted securely by Thinkature you are able to access it anywhere you have access to an internet connection.

You can test out Thinkature before signing up for an account by playing around with the mini workspace that is on their home page.  Or, once you sign up you can try out the tutorial workspace before developing your own. You’ll see how  easy it is to add, move and remove boxes; add, edit or delete text and add images.  You can connect ideas easily and use a pencil to mark up items.

Setting up your personal workspace is as easy as giving it a name and inviting others to join in you (or you can invite others at a later time).  Each invitee need to sign up for an account but that is an easy process and they in turn can set up their own workspaces. Thinkature keeps track of who is and has been in the workspace.  If more than one person is in the workspace then you can send instant messages to each other.  A nice collaboration feature.

With Thinkature you are able to

I would also like to see additional features like the

Overall, I like the look and feel of Thinkature.  The ability to create multiple workspaces, add images to a workspace and draw free hand items are all big pluses for this  free application.
